Application

Countertops, sinks and stone work — cut and beveled in-house.

Waterjet cutting for the stone shop: 45° miters, waterfall edges, vessel-sink cutouts, drainboards and inlays. Rich's self-developed IP68 five-axis head bevels 0–60°, so splice edges and angled work come off the table ready — no second machine.

What you can cut

Built for stone & countertops work.

01

45° miters & waterfall edges

The 0–60° AC head bevels splice edges in one pass, so benchtops and waterfall ends glue up clean.

02

Vessel sinks & drainboards

Needle probing measures the basin and generates the cutout path automatically — sinks, drainboards and grooves without hand layout.

03

Inlays, patterns & medallions

Tight inner radii and intricate profiles in marble, granite and quartz for floor medallions, borders and mosaic inlays.

04

Sink & faucet cutouts

Cold cutting means no thermal stress and no micro-fracturing around cutouts — even on brittle engineered stone.
