One of the world's largest architectural waterjet manufacturers.
From a 33,000 m² production base, Rich develops and builds complete high-pressure waterjet systems for stone, glass, ceramic and metal — running in more than 60 countries. We don't assemble machines around bought-in parts. We engineer the technology that defines them: our own IP68 cutting head, our own intensifier, our own controls.
A manufacturer, not a middleman.
Most of the waterjets on the market are assembled from a parts catalog and sold through a chain of distributors. Rich is the opposite end of that chain — the company that designs the core technology and builds the whole machine. Here's what that buys you.
Engineering, not assembly
Most waterjet makers buy the cutting head and the intensifier from outside suppliers and build a machine around them. Rich designs and manufactures its own — at its own R&D center — which is why our specifications are ours to push, and ours to guarantee. The technology is the company.
Built at industrial scale
Casting, machining, head and intensifier production, assembly and final test all happen inside Rich, across a 33,000 m² production base run by two companies and 40+ engineers. Scale isn't just capacity — it's the consistency that comes from building every machine the same way, in one place.
Proven across 60+ countries
Rich machines cut stone, glass, ceramic and metal for fabricators, glass processors and architectural shops on six continents. A platform doesn't reach 60+ countries by accident — it gets there by holding up on the floor, shift after shift, for years.
Standards you can name
Production runs under an ISO 9001 quality system, behind 50+ certificates and patents. Because the parts that matter are ours to build, the headline specs — an IP68-rated head, intensifiers to 600 MPa, 0–60° bevel — are ours to back without an asterisk.
We make the technology, not just the machine.
The casting, the IP68 cutting head, the high-pressure intensifier, the CNC control, the assembly and the final test — all engineered and built inside Rich, behind 50+ certificates and patents. When one company owns the whole machine, nothing critical is someone else's problem. The cut quality, the uptime, the spare part you need next year — it's all ours to engineer, and ours to stand behind.
Installed worldwide. Supported where you run it.
A machine is a decade-long relationship, not a transaction. Rich is built for the years after the sale — with a service network and a parts supply that reach the floors our machines run on.
Machines running across Europe, the Americas, Asia, the Middle East and Africa
Support and agent bases in Europe, the Americas and Southeast Asia
Spares shipped from the same plant that engineered your machine
Held to a standard you can name.
Every Rich machine is produced under an ISO 9001 quality system, behind more than 50 certificates and patents. Because the head and intensifier are engineered in-house, the headline specifications are ours to certify — and ours to keep delivering, machine after machine.
