The intensifier that drives the jet.
Pressure is what cuts. Rich builds its own intensifier — indirect hydraulic pressurization with a dual oil circuit and a 45 kW main motor, standard to 420 MPa and optional to 600 MPa.

More pressure means more cut.
A waterjet cuts by accelerating water (and abrasive) through a tiny orifice. The higher the pressure, the faster the stream — and a faster stream carries more energy to the material. In practice that buys you two things: you can cut thicker material, and you can move through a given thickness faster.
The standard intensifier delivers up to 420 MPa, which covers the everyday range of stone, glass, ceramic and metal. The optional 600 MPa ultra-high-pressure unit — paired with the 45 kW main motor and dual oil circuit — is there for the thickest, hardest work and the shops that want to push cycle times down.
Engineered to run all day.
Indirect hydraulic pressurization
A hydraulic system drives the high-pressure plunger indirectly, so the water side stays clean and the load is carried by oil. The result is steady, controllable pressure rather than the spikes of a direct-acting design.
Dual oil circuit
Two oil circuits share the work, smoothing the pressure delivery and reducing thermal and mechanical stress on any single path — which is what keeps the unit running through long production days.
PLC self-diagnosis
An onboard PLC monitors the intensifier and raises alarms before a small issue becomes downtime. The machine tells you what it needs instead of failing silently.
Maintenance-free accumulator
The accumulator dampens pressure pulses to keep the jet smooth, and is designed to be maintenance-free — one less wear item on the service schedule.
